Today was an amazing day at Live Oak Elementary School for Black History Month! I had the honor of sharing the stage with my soror and mistress of ceremony - Paquita Benoit, my business bestie Chantell Zenon - author of "It's Just Hair," and Dominique Hawthorne - author of "Alphabet Writing through Scriptures".
We had an incredible time reading and sharing our stories with the students, celebrating the rich history and achievements of Black individuals. It was inspiring to see the students so engaged and eager to learn.
